Module 1: Service Composer

Structured representation of the service catalog with all the associated service configurations and relevant quality, cost and price information (Service Portfolio). Development of services based on process steps, executed by appropriate organizational units with assigned roles, as well as material resources such as hardware, software, and additionally purchased third-party services.

Module 2: Product Monitor (Analysis, Reporting)
  • Extensive analysis and reporting for product management. Access to relevant data of the approval process. Input for the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives.
Module 3: Business Case Kit
  • Financial figures for managerial decision making.
  • Business Case is calculated based on the selected services. Contribution, payback, net present value, cash flow and other financial variables are calculated over a defined period of time.
Module 4: Service Management Kit
Service Offers
  • Creation of extensive service offers based on the service catalog, supplemented with customer-specific features. Conversion to contract documents, if necessary.
Service Contract Management
  • Integrated management of service products and corresponding customer contracts, controlled by the release-oriented Lifecycle Management.
Capacity Management
  • Proactive planning of required resources (people and equipment) to carry out concluded service contracts.
SLA Generator
  • Convert service offers into service agreements and automatic generation of SLA and performance descriptions.
